Cancellation Policy

Ensuring a Great Client Experience At our establishment, we strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To maintain an efficient and enjoyable environment for all, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies: ILLNESS *To ensure the safety of staff and patrons we ask Individuals experiencing symptoms of contagious illnesses (e.g., fever, cough, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea) to reschedule to prevent the spread of illness. CHILDREN & PETS *Due to limited seating, the waiting area is reserved for clients being serviced only. *We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. *No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises. Service animals are permitted in compliance with ADA guidelines. *No children are allowed unless being serviced. GRACE PERIOD A strict 20-minute grace period is enforced for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and will be assessed up to 100% of the service fee as a same-day cancellation charge. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment. *Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. *Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 50% same-day cancellation fee. NO-SHOW POLICY *Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. *No exceptions will be made to this policy. ESTABLISHMENT SERVICES Specific instructions for Sisterlock™️ and Microlock installations will be provided during the consultation. *No-shows or cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled establishment session will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as these multi-day services require reserved time. *Cancellation or rescheduling for these appointments must occur at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service to receive a credit toward future services. OVERDUE MAINTENANCE FEES *Timely maintenance is critical for the health and integrity of your locks. Clients overdue for their recommended retightening schedule will be charged additional fees.
